Gervase provided good, clear information to explain each step, both written and verbally. The service can provide the witnesses which makes the process easier and quicker, this was a particular highlight for me. I was updating my Will and making some crucial changes so I wanted it to be just right. Gervase read all the information I emailed so the process was smooth and he understood what changes I wanted. I received a draft Will by post to make sure everything was correct before approving and booking the date to sign. From the consultation day to signing my Will, the process took 3 weeks which is excellent. I would be happy to use this company in the future for any changes or implementing any other legal documents. The price is very competitive especially for West London. You get an excellent service. The meetings are held in a very nice building too with clean facilities and a coffee shop in the lobby.
